Partnership grows out of increasing organizational collaboration with P-ADL. As an organization is increasingly involved in the work of P-ADL, partnership is a final level of commitment. There are no fees directly associated with becoming a partner organization. Rather, partner organizations make a commitment to sharing in the division of labor for agreed-upon activities.
